Celebrating Resilience and Advocacy: Raziela Miracle’s Journey on CITIZEN TV’s Rauka Show

I was honored to represent my daughter, Raziela Miracle, on CITIZEN TV’s Rauka show. As a mother and advocate, this moment was far more than a feature; it was a powerful testament to every child’s resilience, courage, and potential, no matter their abilities.

Raziela’s journey is marked by her battles and triumphs with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Delayed Developmental Milestones, and Sensory Disorder. Her story is the heartbeat of Beauty Out of Mire Trust (BOOM Trust)—an organization dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive environments for children and youth with disabilities in Kenya. We proudly shared her incredible journey as the newly crowned Brand Ambassador for Mr. and Miss Inclusive Kenya 2024.

I am deeply grateful to CITIZEN TV for providing us with this platform to amplify Raziela’s story and the voices of individuals with disabilities. This opportunity allows us to advocate for a truly inclusive society—where every child is seen, valued, and given the chance to thrive. However, our mission extends far beyond this feature. We remain committed to ensuring that children and youth with disabilities can access quality education, healthcare, and the opportunities they need to lead fulfilling lives.

We must continue to challenge societal attitudes, eliminate barriers, and push for systemic change that fosters full participation for all persons with disabilities.

A heartfelt thank you to Joyce Omondi Waihiga and DJ Ken for hosting us and to Stephen Nzusa and Jane Kanampiu for your unwavering support. Your dedication made a tremendous impact. To everyone who tuned in and supported us, your encouragement and commitment to this cause mean the world to us. Let’s keep collaborating, advocating, and being beacons of hope for families like mine.

Together, we can make a difference. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. 🌍💪
